If you are going to buy this item do not buy from this company. They sent the item to the wrong address due to their error and refused to redirect, or refund the item. They would not contact UPS and Amazon would not help either. I paid for the computer, never received it, and have no recourse since only the seller can redirect with UPS.
But from a company that takes care of its customers, not this fly-by-night operation.

I thought that this was a great deal until it stopped booting less than a week after I got it. It shut down happily and never came back. The ASUS tech support people were unhelpful. Fortunately I can return it through Amazon. The size is great, but the old saying that you get what you pay for is true.

I have this 900ha. i should have waited until 1000HE come out. 1000HE sounds much better than it!~ regret~
