My brand new dell mini 10 started making annoying clicking noises within minutes of first turning it on and then it crashed. I showed it to a computer guy who said it was obviously a hardware problem and the only viable solution was to return it for a replacement. Alas, that was a month ago, and Dell has sent me through a labyrinth of phoning, waiting, ignoring, and generally giving me a royal runaround. And all I want is a computer that works. If this is typical of Dell, then buy HP or IBM or anything but Dell.

despite as indicated in the description of the product, this netbook does not have bluetooth…
