If you can print two times out of 10 you are lucky. Friend had the same printer and same problem. AWFUL!

I do not print very often. (Thank god!) [...]. I suggest that potential buyers consider purchase price plus ink replacement cost to determine the true cost of a printer. The print function is good, the scanner is very good. I have not used the fax.
